What is the standard turnaround time?
Officially, our standard turnaround time is 1 to 3 business days. ( Weekend and holidays are not considered business days. )
Most orders are printed and shipped the next business day.
Do you have a daily cutoff time?
Our cutoff time is at 11 AM PST. That means any orders placed after 11 AM will be treated as if they were placed the next business day.

Preferred file types are .AI and .PDF. We also accept .PNG files. Vector art is preferred, and raster art should be at least 300 dpi.
